Advantage IT Completes Acquisition of Data Scribe Australia
Technology suppliers unite to offer comprehensive product range to Australian customers
Melbourne, Australia, 3 September 2007 Advantage IT, a Melbourne based technology products and solutions supplier, announced today that it had completed its acquisition of competitor supplier Data Scribe Australia.
Data Scribe Australia, a leading Australian supplier of computer and printing products, distributes products from a broad range of well-recognised vendors including 3Com, Acer, Cisco, Fuji-Xerox, HP, Hitachi, IBM, Lexmark, Microsoft, Panasonic and Verbatim. Data Scribe Australia has been privately held and operated since 1990.

Members of Data Scribe Australia's sales and administrative teams have joined Advantage IT as part of the acquisition arrangement, to ensure quality, consistency and service continuity.
